Locally owned and operated, the Moon City Music & Event Center was opened in September of 2017. The Moon City Music & Event Center hosts many concerts of all music genres. We want to bring a variety of performances to our audience. We take pride in bringing top notch entertainment to Wapakoneta, OH! We offer banquet space rental for weddings, reunions, graduation parties, business meetings, and more! Did you know we also offer...Special rates for non-profit groups, host fundraisers. We also have specialty shops located within Moon City Music & Event Center. Moon City Music offers the following: Instrument Repairs. Plus you can visit Brad Lambert's luthier workshop. Brad might be fixing up an old or new instrument and you might just catch a demonstration of his work. Entire facility is on one level and has convenient parking. ADA Restroom DIMENSIONS & SPECS Entire Facility – 4800 Sq Feet Main Hall –2800 Sq Feet Maximum Occupancy: 182 Pricing for 2024 2 Hour Block - $100 4 Hour Block -$175 6 Hour Block - $250 8 Hour Block - $350 All Day Rental from 8 a.m. - 11 p.m. - $600 If need in earlier to decorate it can be negotiated at the time of contract signing. Rental Fee - Includes Tables and Chairs Catering is available. We do allow you to bring in your own food and beverages. Alcohol allowed is beer & wine and we do require you to have a liability policy. Liability policy can be purchased at https://www.theeventhelper.com/ or it might be combined within in your homeowners policy. We require a copy of liability a month prior to your event. $800 - PAID IN FULL PRICE - $1,000 Half down at the time of booking. Remaining balance payment we'll be negotiated in contract to fit your needs. WEDDING RENTAL - INCLUDES DAY BEFORE WEDDING & WEDDING DAY - Includes Day before wedding. You can enter hall at 8am for decorating. Includes day of wedding till 11 p.m. Includes chairs, tables, & linens. Wedding Packages are available that include catering, linens etc. Can put together a package that suites your budget.
